Profile Image is a visual studio founded by the creative director Tania Nemchenko in Kyiv in 2023. The studio specializes in art direction, styling, and visual systems for shoots across fashion, beauty, and lifestyle segments.

We approach brand image as a tool of communication. Our role is to build clarity, consistency, and relevance — not trend-based expression, but meaning-driven presence. We create visual contexts that amplify the brand — both aesthetically and strategically.

Visual language operates through intellect, intuition, and logic. We begin with analysis: identifying who is speaking, what is being said, and how it will be perceived. Each decision aligns with that structure. Profile Image leads the process.

We take on creative direction, form project-specific teams, and deliver concept-driven outcomes with precision. The goal is not to produce more content — but to maintain coherence across every visual expression.

    (1) Art direction, (A) one month

    A format designed for brands launching a drop, collection, or campaign — where the goal is not simply a shoot, but a cohesive visual system.

    The format includes:
    — review of the brand’s activity plan for the next 6–12 months (collections, drops, campaigns);
    — assessment of what works visually in the current communication and what doesn’t;
    — development of visual direction, moodboard, and stylistic references;
    — coordination of the team and shoot oversight (production, photographer, stylist, models);
    — 5–6 working sessions across preparation and production.

    Recommended for brands that:
    — are launching a new campaign, drop, or collection;
    — have a product but no visual strategy;
    — need consistency without long-term planning;
    — seek structural clarity — not one-off execution.

    (1) Art direction, (B) six to twelve months

    A format designed for brands that don’t want to start from scratch each season — and need a visual language that adapts without losing clarity.

    As a brand grows, what it needs is not more content — but structure. Not isolated aesthetic choices, but a clear visual language that is maintained across drops, campaigns, platforms, and seasons. Long-term art direction offers a strategic approach to visual communication. Profile Image guides consistency, quality, and relevance over time. The focus is not on one-off deliverables, but on long-term visual direction.

    The format includes:
    — defining seasonal or annual visual direction, setting creative framework;
    — overseeing shoots, campaigns, social media, and product drops;
    — collaborating with internal and external teams;
    — ensuring cohesion and quality across all visual platforms.

    — require a system — not one-off solutions, but long-term visual consistency across campaigns, drops, and seasonal outputs.

    (2) Consulting

    A strategic visual review format for brands whose visual system exists — but no longer works. The components are there: identity, social media, website, campaigns — but the structure is missing. There’s no formal clarity, no stylistic precision, no internal logic. The brand is present — but not legible.

    We provide a structured assessment. We take an external view, speak directly, and articulate what works, what doesn’t — and what needs to shift. The goal is to identify weak points, define strengths, and establish direction.

    Recommended for brands that:
    — have an existing style but lack structural consistency in communication;
    — have lost clarity of tone due to visual overload;
    — completed a rebrand but still lack clear positioning;
    — produce strong content that doesn’t translate into value or recognition;
    — need to understand how to apply visual logic across drops, collections, or campaigns.

    (3) Styling

    A format covering a single shoot.

    Styling is part of the visual architecture of a shoot. Its role is to maintain its concept of the shoot — through rhythm, structure, and clarity. Profile Image enters the process during the preparation stage, working in alignment with the art direction and overall concept. References, looks, and fittings are developed within a single visual logic — to ensure consistency across the shoot.

    The format includes:
    — development of the styling direction;
    — reference and moodboard curation;
    — look development;
    — fitting coordination and on-set supervision;
    — visual consistency across selected imagery.
